Handover readings at release and return
Capture odometer and fuel level when the car goes out and when it comes back, and apply charges from the difference. Photo attachments on the vehicle and the condition report are available on Pro and Suite.
Payments tracked to the booking
Record what a customer has paid and what is still owed, with an approval step before a payment is treated as settled. Payment tracking is on every plan, including the free one. On Suite you can also send a payment link through your own gateway and have settlement recorded against the booking automatically.
Per-vehicle performance
Revenue and expenses attach to the unit that generated them, and the vehicle performance list on Pro and Suite ranks cars rather than giving you one lump figure. That is the number that tells you which unit to sell and which model to buy more of.
Staff, driver, and agent accounts
Assign a driver to a booking and give office and field staff role-based access so they see what they need and nothing else. Staff seats start on Pro, which includes two, and are unlimited on Suite. Affiliate tracking and commission reporting handle what agents are owed without a side spreadsheet.

- Does Ogeeda work for both self-drive and with-driver rentals?
- Yes. Bookings can be recorded either way. For with-driver jobs you can assign a driver to the booking and give them their own account so they see it on their phone, which needs a staff seat and so starts on the Pro plan. Self-drive bookings lean on the signed rental agreement and the handover readings.
- Does Ogeeda track security deposits?
- Not as a separate balance. Ogeeda tracks payments and outstanding amounts against the booking, and the rental agreement template includes a security deposit clause you fill in with your own figure, but the app does not hold or reconcile a deposit balance for you. If deposits are central to how you operate, it is worth knowing that before you switch.
- How does Ogeeda help with damage disputes?
- Handover readings for odometer and fuel are recorded at release and at return, and charges can be applied from what changed. On Pro and Suite you can also attach photos and use condition reports, so you are producing a dated record made at the time rather than reconstructing events from memory.
- I have cars in more than one garage. Does that work?
- Yes. Garage management lets you group units by where they are based. The free Starter plan covers a single garage, Pro allows up to ten, and Suite is unlimited.
