1. Introduction

Welcome to Ogeeda ("we," "us"). These Terms cover your use of our platform and software services. By creating an account or using Ogeeda, you agree to these rules.

2. Your Account

• Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. If you invite others to your workspace, you are responsible for their actions.
• Access: You must not share your account password or access tokens with anyone else.

3. Acceptable Use

To keep Ogeeda running smoothly for everyone, you agree not to:

• Hack or Abuse: Attempt to bypass our security systems, access data that doesn't belong to you, or overload our servers.
• Reverse Engineer: Try to copy our source code or build a competitive product using our internal APIs.
• Scrape: Use automated bots or scripts to collect data from our site without permission.

4. Ownership

• Our Work: The Ogeeda software, design, and code are owned by us.
• Your Data: You own the data you upload or create in Ogeeda. You grant us permission to host and back up this data so we can provide the service to you.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

• Subscription Management: We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. Depending on how you subscribed (Web, iOS, or Android), your payment is processed by the respective store or payment provider (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store).
• Billing Info: We do not view or store your credit card numbers. All financial transactions are secured by the underlying store or processor.
• Refunds: Refunds are generally subject to the policies of the platform you used to subscribe (e.g., Apple or Google).

6. Termination

We may suspend or delete your account if you break these rules. If we do, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you, unless your actions put our system or other users in immediate danger.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We strive for perfection, but we cannot guarantee that Ogeeda will always be 100% available or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ogeeda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
