Why bike rental is a different problem to car rental.

Record odometer and fuel out and back, and apply charges from the difference. Pro and Suite add photo attachments and condition reports, which is what actually settles a scratch dispute when a dozen similar-looking units go out each day.
Payments and part-payments tracked
Record what was paid and what is still outstanding against the booking, with an approval step before it counts as settled. Payment tracking is included on every plan. Sending a payment link through your own gateway is a Suite feature.

The vehicle performance list and the custom report builder on Pro and Suite show revenue per unit, so you can see that two older bikes have been idle for three weeks while the newer ones never sit still — and buy accordingly.

- Can Ogeeda handle short daily scooter rentals?
- Yes. Bookings are not restricted to long hires, and the calendar shows same-day turnarounds — units going out in the morning and back that evening — alongside multi-day bookings on the same view. Pricing is set per day rather than per hour, so a genuinely hourly rate card is not something Ogeeda does today.
- How do I tell fifteen identical scooters apart in the system?
- Each bike is a separate vehicle record with its own plate, handover history, and earnings. A booking is always against one specific unit, so a charge lands on the bike it belongs to rather than on a model.
- Does it work if the shop's internet is unreliable?
- Partly, and it is worth being precise about this. The native apps keep cached records readable when you go offline, so you can still look up what is out and who has it. Creating or changing a booking does require a connection — there is no offline queue that syncs later.
- Can my staff take bookings without seeing the financials?
- Yes, on a paid plan. Staff accounts use role-based access, so counter staff can create bookings and record handovers without your reports or wallet balances being open to them. Staff seats are not included on the free Starter plan; Pro includes two and Suite is unlimited.
- Is there a free plan for a small bike shop?
- There is a free Starter plan, but it caps you at 3 vehicles and 50 customers, so it suits testing rather than a working rental shop. A real bike shop will be on Pro at ₱899 per month, which covers 10 vehicles, or Suite at ₱1,490 per month for unlimited vehicles. There is no setup fee on any plan.
